Delete your account

You can request deletion of your JyotishAI account, private birth profile and saved reading history. Device-local details can also be removed by clearing the site or app storage.

Request deletion

  1. Email jyotishai.contact@gmail.com from the email connected to your account.
  2. Use the subject: JyotishAI account deletion request.
  3. Include only the mobile number or email used for the account. Never send your password or OTP.

After verifying the request, we will delete the account and associated profile, birth details and saved reading history within 30 days, except information that must be retained for security or legal obligations.
